"Property was quiet, a bit of noise from, other guests but only to be expected. This is quite a large hotel but we visited in February so I cannot vouch for what it is like in summer. Location is good and is convenient for beach, supermarkets and public transport. The staff we dealt with were efficient and friendly. We would visit again."

"The accommodation was fabulous value for money. Very comfortable beds, warm rooms that can easily be aired by turning off the heaters and opening the balcony doors. Some people's comments about decor and the rooms needing upgrading isn't totally fair in our opinion. Some fittings are slightly aged but everything was safe and clean. "Booked for a last minute weekend that also had to be pet friendly and luckily we found The Waterfront. The room itself was clean & spacious with a great view (ensuite was small but they warn you about that) and breakfast was one the nicest I've had in a hotel. As for the staff, they were so friendly and helpful especially when we checked in late."
