"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"Fabulous desert location with included live music and dancing with Touareg. Parking off site, and please do take the 1 1/2 hr camel ride to the camp: it is breathtaking (especially when aiming to arrive 1-2 hours before sundown in the camp). Staff is very capable and welcoming. "

"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient.
