"The hotel location is excellent, few minutes walk to the old city, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and airport shuttle Staff, they were ALL amazing, specifically Olga who helped me to upgrade my room with no charge when she saw that my original room wasn't functioning well. Also, Yurii at the reception, very cheerful, helpful, and polite . Restaurant, was very good,varieties were good enough to start the day.. i want to thank Edwardo at the restaurant he was extremely kind and helpful Thanks everyone for your hospitality Emad "

Rooms are lovely though the sofa bed in the room wasn’t comfortable. We had the half board option which was good value. A great stay overall, will definitely return! "
