"The hotel is split across two wings. The Marina Wing, where we stayed, was very nice, but could only be access by a steep flight of stairs, so great fun carrying luggage up and down. A lift might help! And gven that it rained throughout our stay, we got wet each morning whilst crossing to the main building for breakfast. The restaurant only opened between 1900 and 2100, and no menu's were available. We ate elsewhere. Such a great property, with quality staff, amd an absolutely superb range and...

"Pros: - Newly furnished building in great location - just steps away from the arc that leads into the circular streets. - No breakfast option, but they offer 15% discount at the restaurant downstairs which did great breakfasts - Building locked at night, access with key only - 10 euro parking/night at lot 5 min walk away Cons: - We stayed in the attic level rooms, so space was quite small and cramped both in the bedroom and the washroom. "Excellent room size and bed. Very good bathroom products. Breakfast was very good but expensive and very difficult to order only a few items as menu was fixed. Nearby restaurant was very good. Staff had limited knowledge about local events, eg we were not informed of Ironman event which closed all roads around us for 18 hrs."
