"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."

"We tried to check in and our reservation was not in their system. The hotel made us wait for several hours in the middle of the night and would not help us get accommodations. Eventually they agreed to give us a room and told us we could reconcile the issue in the morning. Reasonable but older facilities and terrible service experience, even if the receptionist were polite."

"This place was amazing! It was a little drive into Dubrovnik but the property was stunning and had so many amenities we wished we could’ve stayed longer! The front desk was super helpful and the breakfast they served was a full buffet that was amazing!! We had an ant issue the first night but they leave a card for you each day to let housekeeping know if you have any issues and when we came back that evening the issue had been resolved! Beds were comfortable, pillows were your basic hotel...

"Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to the hotel). Our room was lovely, great size and cleaned very regularly with facilities like a Safe and Room Service very easy to use. Food was lovely and the staff were always helpful and very polite....

"Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults "
