"No reception, no cleaners, no hot water, no kids club like it said, dripping airconditioning, very uncomfortable bed, even worse sofabed for the kids with only 2 sheets and no pillows, 2 towels for 3 people and room falling apart. The pool was amazing tho "

"Not so clean in some area but overall is good. There might be some dusts as me and my friends got allergies. "

"Mis advertising, advertised as queen bed and double bed for us having 2 young children the double bed was a fold out sofa which was impossible so sleep on as on side was hard. Continental breakfast was advertised as included but they say they don’t have any. "
