"The hotel was just off of the Plaza Mayor, making it a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The desk staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It is in a busy area though so it’s pretty noisy all the time and the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations guests are having in the room next to you."

"Perfect location for exploring Burgos. The room was gracious and very comfortable. The parking was easy and onsite. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large as well has having a good size closet area. The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful furniture and art. The bar in the lobby is nice for relaxing at the hotel. Many restaurants very close and the view the river front rooms (room 106) is very nice as well. "

"The towels are always an issue here, sometimes they room is well stocked, sometimes it isn't, so after staying there 4 times, I think they lack consistency. Staff is friendly and the property is beautiful."

"An unbeatable view over the city from our large room. Walkable to the city if reasonably fit. Very convenient parking. Rated 4 stars as the food choice in the cafeteria is rather limited, and the meals only average. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. "
