"Everything was fantaastic during our short 3-night, 4-day stay there. In particular, the staff members were very courteous, humble, kind, gentle, pleasant, receptive, responsive, and geneous. They would always greet us with folded hands and a smile. They made us feel welcomed all the time. If they embodied the Cambodian culture, then we are very impressed with that culture. I would not even care to mention the little issues we might have encountered occasionally because they were taken care of post-haste. The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests happy! They even made up our room with a beautiful birthday display and sang happy birthday to him while giving him a cake of amazing fresh fruit. The spa and spa staff are fantastic - some of the best massages I’ve received in Cambodia! The location is great as well, just around the corner from Pub Street and a 5 minute walk to the Night Market. We’ll be coming back to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel!! "This hotel is outstanding and world-class! My declaration does not come lightly because over the years, I have traveled to 57 different countries and 39 U.S. states…staying in some of the very best places - I’m “qualified” to say this. So, what makes this hotel special? Aside from its great location along the Tonle Sap river, close proximity to the Royal Palace, and immaculate grounds and facilities, it’s the Staff who make all of the difference. From the baggage porters to the doormen to the Front Desk personnel, to the waiters and waitresses to the chambermaids - they are all excellent! Absolutely First Class people who make you feel welcome and feel that your every wish is their command. This, I believe this is a reflection of their culture, their personal character, and their leadership. A rudderless ship goes nowhere, but this Staff understands its purpose and mission while on-duty, and they all carry out their responsibilities with great enthusiasm and dedication. For example, upon my arrival, Assistant FO Manager Khuon Pisey already knew my name, had me seated with a cool drink, and took care of the entire check-in without my ever having to leave that comfortable seat. I later asked her only once to do something for me and without taking written notes, she completed my request flawlessly. She had given me her fullest attention and then made sure it was all done correctly without my having to double check. This is the kind of service you can expect here. Perfection!"

"Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is a fabulous Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Beautiful lobby area / entrance, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, really nice gym & pool. I even had a massage in the spa which was amazing. Great location too near the Riverside area. I highly recommend."

"The place was exceptional really, if there’s something I have to say is just probably the tv in my room. It’s not up to standards really for the service that they are providing. My tv in the bedroom was very blurry at times. Aside from this I have no other concerns the rest is exceptional. Staff are great and very friendly, if I will be around Phom Phen again in the future this is going to be my first choice….."
