"My experience at Central Suites was mixed. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand. The room I stayed in faced an abandoned building just two meters away, completely blocking daylight. Soundproofing was also lacking, as conversations near the elevator were easily heard from...

"The staff were all lovely at the hotel especially the two ladies on day time reception. Although breakfast was of limited choice compared to some 5 star hotels , it was more than adequate . Hotel is very convenient . Would definitely stay there again. "

"Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap. "

"We stayed for 4 nights. The staff is genuinely courteous and ready to help with any queries. Very convenient location for sightseeing & night life. The breakfast is good with variety of local & western options. Only improvement item is that the room & facilities are dated & dirt on the furniture. Many options around the area in similar price range. Overall great stay & value for money."
