Hotel with a Concierge in Calvados from AED 280

"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

Helpful and friendly staff, though we were caught out by the fact they don’t staff reception all hours, so you are supposed to let them know in advance when you’re arriving, if before 3pm. "I had an excellent time with my mol at the Hotel Cures Marines. The room was very clean and spacious, and the spa incredible. Lovely staff as well. We will definitely be back."
