"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one.
