The hotel has a great staff, updated rooms, wonderful location with walkable shoppes and restaurants, and the transit system can get you anywhere quickly. "Stayed 4days/3 nights.Took some getting used to. 1st flr reception&restaurant are modern, but the rest was more medical than 'spa'. Not what we were expecting, so took time to appreciate. Rooms-simple, spacious,comfortable&very clean. Furniture in great shape. Bathroom had window to room reducing privacy. BUT you see balcony view, so appreciated the decision. We paid extra for valleyview & it didn't disappoint! Altho a little loud at times w/tractors,cows&cars, but it was gorgeous &every sunset...

"Located near center of Sissach, hotel is near pedestrian walking shopping area. Room is a bit small but quiet. Staff very friendly and attentive and helpful. Beds are bit firm. Great experience and value for money."

"Excellent hotel; very modern and new. Only drawback was the check-in. Our flight arrived at 10 and we were at the hotel at 1045. Staff said room was ready as there is a queue for cleaning. I do understand that, but we finally got our room at 2PM. It would have been nice to perhaps bump it up for people waiting. Otherwise, hotel was excellent, food in the restaurant was lovely, in room massage was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. "

Comfy, central, hospitable + memory foam pilllw!

"One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day! "
