"Area around the property is walkable and a lot of places to eat. Staff was nice. Bed and pillow are very old and not comfortable. Tiny room but only 10$ a night. Not the cleanest place but ok."

"For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you...

"I returned to this hotel, with my wife, daughter and son's girlfriend, to share this wonderful hotel stay experience. All of them confirmed this is a very good hotel. The staffs are professional and friendly. Not forgetting Ms Isti's impressive working attitude. She cooked the delicious Mie Soto for my wife and daughter (breakfast) at 6:00am. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The sea food fried rice was tasty.... we loved it. The cleanliness of hotel room especially the beds...

"They were out of non-smoking room so I was given a room on the smoking floor. The hall smelled smoke noticeably but the room was fine with barely a scent of smoke. There's only 1 light in the bathroom so the mirror was a bit dark. Shower is open on the side making the floor outside the shower area wet after shower. Nice hot water in the shower with plenty of space under the adjustable showerhead. "

"There is a balcony attached to my room however it was locked and not accessible. The location of this hotel to the shopping mall is great. Shops are within walking distance. It is my one of my favourite hotels in this area. "

"We stayed at FM7 Resort near Jakarta Airport for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent! The hotel provides airport transfers and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!"

"I stayed here at the start of my trip and the end of my trip. Both times my rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. Even being right at the airport the noise level was very low and didn't disturb the room. I would recommend this location. "
