Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!"
