"Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell. "

"Loved our stay here. Food was excellent and catered very well for Gluten Free guests. Hotel clean and tidy and all the staff friendly and approachable. Kids Club was available but aimed more towards younger chilldren. Yes there is building work next door but when round the pool, you can't hear or see it. Swimming pools on the cooler side, even the heated ones, but this didnt stop us using them daily. Short walk to the beach and local shops, great family hotel, felt very safe walking around the...

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent. "
