"Loved the ambience, excellent dining options and courteous staff!"

"First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt...

"Loved staying here with my family! We really enjoyed our stay and our villa was perfect for my family of six! The location was perfect and close to so many restaurants and shopping! We all enjoyed the stay and had a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!"

"My wife injured her knees on her flight. We were booked on a second floor. On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much. "
