We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early...

"The location is amazing. The included breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooftop restraunt where it's served is beautiful. We did have some trouble with water into our room with heavy rain, but it was more than made up for by the staff who were very helpful over the entire stay. "

"A beautiful property, with a lovely garden and good restaurant. The room was comfortable. However the window on the city side meant it was very very loud at night (we had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep). The highlight was the Roman baths which is beautiful, however it is not included. It costs 17$ which is totally worth it, given you get exclusive use for one hour.
