"Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana."

"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this.
