We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. Yes, this is a European budget chain so the rooms are tourist class, inexpensively but practically furnished, spartan, cozy/small. Think entry level cruise ship cabin.
