The location is fine, the hotel is rundown, staff are ok. We had issues with the room we ve been placed, but thanks to Israel it could be sorted. He was the one making sure we had a good time and had our needs attended.

Pool was non-operative. The workout room only TWO pieces of equipment that actually worked. Just 20 kilo of hand weights. GREAT breakfast. Overall good for the money, BUT need to fix amenties.

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! we showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. Expedia did nothing about it and told us to find a new place ourselves. No refund for the stay. The front desk people gave me a email to send for a refund. Completely ignored. They basically took our money and made us find a new place.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, some with good English. Breakfast was plentiful and with many choices. One of the lifts was out of order for most of my stay, ie having to wait very long for the second one. I could not use the pool once. It was under renovation for the entire three weeks that I spent there.

The hotel has no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. Pool was under maintenance our entire stay 4 days. AC noisy in the room. No shampoo or conditioner in room.

Hotel door won’t open with the key card
We booked two rooms.After dinner, we returned to our room, but the key didn't work. We called the front desk, and someone came to fix the issue. However, despite their best efforts, the door wouldn't opened. We waited in the hallway for an hour and 45 minutes. We got soaked and wet in the hallway due to the high temperature. We were concerned about our flight because the flight schedule had changed and we couldn't check in online. We needed to leave the hotel by 11:00 pm at the latest. We didn't have time to shower, packed our belongings, and rushed to the airport. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The worst experiences that we ever had.

The place is full of roaches and looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures are from 10 years ago. The entire hotel smells like mold. Stay here if you want to feel dirty the whole time. The air and wi fi weren’t working we had to change rooms 3 times to get air. The sheets were all stained even with blood stains. They promise wi do except it never works. A full refund would be the bare minimum. I have pictures to prove all of this. The toilet seat was so close to the wall in the first room they assigned us that you had to poop sideways. We killed 5 roaches on day one and then I stopping keeping count. The place is super noisy. I emailed Hotels.com about it and messaged about it and they never even replied. I will never be staying here again or using hotels.com terrible service. The hotel staff is very rude. As they were showing us the room the hotel employee attempting to sneakily step on and kill a roach that was running across the room like if I didn’t see it.

Very bad experience overall. From check in to check out, the staff at the front desk should not be in customer service at all. Very grumpy people and would not answer questions. We arrived at the hotel to find out that our reservations was not in their system. Even after showing my email confirmation and my receipt (I paid everything up front) they wouldn’t make any effort to solve the problem. We waited for over and hour for the manager to call them from an office I supposed, so they could do something about it. As I was talking to front desk staff, asking questions, they would literally turn they back and walk way, and I could see them in a different room laughing and playing ok their phones. Room cleanness is also a no at this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen vom Zentrum und man kann tagsüber alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Abends ist die Gegend allerdings nicht sehr sicher. Da ich aufgrund einer Amazonastour 2x eingecheckt habe ist mein Eindruck gemischt. Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick sehr schön und auf jeden Fall sehr sauber. Allerdings hat das Hotel ein massives Problem mit Schimmel in und an den Wänden. Schon beim Eintreten in die Lobby ist der Geruch deutlich wahrzunehmen. Mein erstes Zimmer (5 OG) hatte im Bad einen großen blühenden Schimmel an der Decke und die Matratzen waren ultra weich. Bei meinem zweiten Zimmer (6 OG) war das Zimmer wesentlich besser. Ea gab deutlich weniger Schimmel und mehr Komfort. Das Frühstück war allerdings super mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool hingegen war nicht benutzbar. Das Personal war super nett und um mein Wohlergehen bemüht. Fazit: gute Preis-Leistung

Hotel é um dos melhores do Centro de Manaus
O Hotel atende muito bem com preço acessível, vale a pena! Localização do hotel ótima proximo do teatro e restaurantes, opção de pagar estacionamento no próprio hotel, e vagas da zona azul durante a noite consegue vaga ate em frente hotel, café da manhã completo gratuito, piscina boa, ar-condicionado gela bem, cama casal boa e de solteiro boa pra quem é leve, se for pesado não é boa pois afunda. Água do chuveiro forte boa, banheiro com espaço, roupeiro com bastantes espaço, balcão e frigobar grande dá pra guardar bastante coisas pra quem vai com criança , área de estar do hotel espaçosa. Pontos ruins: aparecem as vezes baratinhas a noite, aparentemente falta detetização, o ar-condicionado goteja, e por isso tem muitos aptos com mofos, precisa manutenção, eu me hospedei há uns 4 meses e retornei ao mesmo apto e estava com o mesmo problema de gotejamento. Fiz pedido para reparar e vieram fazer o reparo, porém o problema continuou. Não tem duchinha no vaso sanitário. Os lençois são frágeis, e as roupas de cama e banho também. Se o hotel corrigir esses detalhes ele vai ser além de melhor do Centro, também um dos melhores da cidade.
