"The bed is full of bedbugs. Could not sleep for whole night. The owner allocated our room before our check out time and kept the luggage in his office without even calling me. The mistake from my end is I paid full amount before checkout time."

"We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than...

"A great heritage place to stay for a few days of exploring Alleppy, beaches and the backwaters, located across a local road by the massive beach. Hotel is a lovely well maintained old traditional building with a swimming pool and restaurant. Paid a bit more for a large traditional room with a large shared lounge and outside seating area next to the pool. Great restaurant and chef with a good menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner also serving alcohol. Guys in the restaurant very helpful...

"A lovely resort. The pool is exceptional. Very clean with nice private bungalows. The food was good and there were excellent touches such as a bird watching walk, and afternoon tea. Delicious food in the restaurant. Beach was very nice. "

"This property was lovely and we especially enjoyed taking the canoes through the waterway for 7 minutes to the beach. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant on the property is excellent. Fabulous breakfast buffet, and they will make eggs for you. Two nights was not enough here!"
