"Fantastic stay, especially as our first stop in India! We stayed for a whole week to have time to catch up on work and still explore, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Staying for a whole week meant we also got a full room clean halfway through our stay which was lovely! Friendly and helpful family, laundry service (for a good price), chance to chat with other guests at breakfast, great walkable location. "It was on a good location. Accessible by public transport. But no parking space. The cleanliness of the room bas average. Also got a feeling that they won't clean/change the bed after the previous guests are checked out."

"The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. "

"It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."

"It's basic accommodation, but the manager Rafael went out of his way to make us welcome and inform us of transport and tour options. I can't rate his help highly enough. It was so good we went back."

"Stayed in the facility for 2 nights. It was pleasing, away from the town but within easy reach. The hosts were extremely friendly and polite. The food was very homely and the food service as well. The ayurvedic massage was awesome. Could have stayed for another day if time permitted."

"Sonnetta Residency is a homestay located in the heart of Fort Kochi district in Princess St. It is in easy walking distance to the foreshore and Chinese nets as well as the ferry service. Breakfast is included in the price but other meals are unavailable, however there are many very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance in Princess St, Rose St and others. It was nice to be able to try so many. I suggest A/C room as it can get quite hot. The owner and staff are very friendly...

"Judith is an excellent host. She tried to make sure that we had a pleasant and a comfortable stay. The homestay was centrally located and hence it wasn't difficult for us to travel to Jew town, beach and temples nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. Judith is a very good cook. Her tea was the best of all!"

"Nice stay right near Marari Beach. We opted for the A/C room but honestly the power of the unit is weak and we were pretty much left with just a ceiling fan. The breakfast was very substantial and cooked with local ingredients including the coffee which the owner has delivered from Munnar weekly. He even got us some local coconut wine which was wet interesting and scrumptious! Good people running a nice establishment! The beach was pretty rough so we were unable to swim."
