"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out, and I was on the second floor, but I didn't mind the walk. Unfortunately, I was near the stairs door and had to hear it slam shut many times. There was a door that was left open on the side of the building leading to the stairs, which is a security risk. The air in the hall and in the room smelled bad. This hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but I'm pretty sure there was some smoking going on."

"Lovely cabin. Views are beautiful. I'd like to offer some suggestions. First night, I went to use some pans for dinner. They were covered in burnt grease. Perhaps buy some new ones? I made do. Maybe provide some aluminum foil if keeping current pans? Later, I Iay down in bed to look up at the ceiling in the loft. To my surprise, ladybug or Japanese beetles crawling up there.
