"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. Welcoming and very good value

"Franck is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed overnight at Hotel Inn Design, Laon, 5 times and find it excellent value for the price. It's very clean, bed is comfortable and it's only a short walk to Aldi and Carrefour supermarkets. "
