"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"Great location to explore the Jebel Akhdar plateau. Hotel is a little bit tired but is still pretty good value for money. Friendly staff and licensed restaurant. Water heaters not particularly effective so don't expect a hot shower."

"This is a very clean and nice apartment hotel. Anu, the manage, goes out of his way to help and he is ver resourceful, if you have any questions about the area. The location is a bit out 10-15 minutes drive from the fort but was worth it for us. I would come back here next time I visit the area. "
