"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"fantastic views as promised and great service. very quiet around the pool in the day if you want a down day. food good. 8km dirt road to get there is not for everyone but great fun if you’re happy driving bendy dirt roads. recommended "
