"The spa facilities were very nice. I wasn’t aware there was a charge to use the facilities. That’s ok, but guests can’t get access to spa and until 3:00 in afternoon and must book it for 3 hours. I like morning soaks or at least at my convenience, not the hotel’s."

"We were so happy with the hotel and lived our room with the amazing view of the lake and balcony. The staff were all so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We walked to and from the train station and caught the ferry just opposite the hotel to Sirmione. Loved the area loads to eat and drink or just wander up to the castle. Book this place with a view you will be very happy"

"Incredible location. You step out the door and you're right in the heart of town. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the apartment was very modern and clean. Parking is a couple blocks away but it was an easy walk through the pedestrian alleys. We were blown away by the charm and beatiful setting of Desenzano. "

"Such a lovely, well thought out, modern yet homely appartment. Really enjoyed our stay here! Located right in the centre just a step into the main town 2 minutes to the harbour and a short 15 minute walk to the station. Plenty of lovely stores and resturants on the doorstep and ability to go so many places with the use of the boats and trains including verona, sirmione, venice and more! Its is a more traditional, beutiful area and the only thing to note is it is a peacful place. Not much stays...

"Mara met us at the car park and quickly showed us the apartment. It's roomy, extremely clean and the location couldn't be better. Her English is excellent and it was easy communicating with her as we know very little Italian. The bed was comfortable, the apartment almost soundproof and we couldn't believe how much room we had. We only used the refridgerator as we ate out at the many restaurants each night. The location put us close to everything from great restaurants to the walkway along...
