"Location location location. Near the beach eateries and bars. Nice small cozy room on the third floor with a look out balcony, shower mini fridge and tv.. They have a nice A/C unit as well and there is cool terrace on the 4th floor. This location has its on generator in case your concerned about a black out. Stairs only no elevator.. we will stay here again.. "

"Great time staying at casa verde! Location cannot be beat!! Literally steps from the beach and several cute restaurants and places for coffee. Short drive to downtown Rincon, Staff was kind and responsive and room was clean and comfortable. "

"This was an excellent little hotel. The staff was very friendly and the property was beautiful. The beachfront rooms were truly right on the water and we had direct ocean access. The rooms were a little spare and the bathroom was a little small, but definitely a good deal. The hotel is not super close to many bars or restaurants, but there are a few good ones if you don't mind a walk or.a short drive."
