"This hotel exceeded my expectations at every turn. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even making sure I knew how to access the elevator with my key card--most hotels just check you in and leave you to struggle on your own. Not this place! Everyone was kind and friendly, the room was utterly gorgeous--spacious, clean, and quite frankly more luxurious than I'm used to. This was hotel heaven! The bar was romantic and chic with fantastic cocktails. There was even a Starbucks in the lobby to help me on my way. I absolutely love this hotel and its staff."

She was very nice as soon as we walked into to the building with a big smile on her face and made us feel very welcome. Specially since we were out of state! Everyone else were great as well! If would be back to Ohio we would be staying at Drury plaza hotel. "
