Great stay
Everything about our stay was amazing! Check in and out was easy. The place was very clean and the host was very accomidating. It is well equipped with whatever you may need for your stay! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nicely decorated and stocked. The host offers some cold soft drinks and snacks, too. It's in a great location just outside of Evergreen. Thanks for the hospitality.

As everyone said, the place is very clean. There is coffee and snacks which are nice.if you forgot a toothbrush or anything I'm sure you will find it.If you choose to cook, lots of spices.We were worried about getting an uber to red rocks but that was simple.

Cozy Condo Near Evergreen
We've stayed here twice and it has everything you need! It's very convenient to get to Evergreen and the surrounding area has lots of hiking and outdoor activities. Would love to visit in the summer! Sherri is an awesome host!

Cozy Condo Near Evergreen
Sherri's place has everything you need! We've stayed here twice and would love to visit in the summer. It's very convenient to get to Evergreen and the surrounding area has awesome hikes and outdoor activities. Sherri is a great host!

Came to the area to do some hiking with friends. The location was great as there a lots of places to explore. The house was lovely!! It worked out perfectly for our group, we had everything we needed, and Sherri was in contact to make sure we got settled in. Will definitely come back again!!

Great Stay!
This place was great. It had everything you needed and then some. If Sherri did have in stock in the condo then they must not carry it in CO. Place was very comfortable. Landscaping was beautiful. If we are ever in the area again we will be reaching out trying to rent this place. Thanks Sherri for being such a great host!

Best kept secret!
Cozy clean with everything you'd ever need for a stay tons of kitchen su plies, towels ect beautiful gardens you don't normally see in the mountains. The owner is an absolute delight! She gave complete privacy but texted to make sure I was comfortable You cannot beat the value of this home. Forget hotels or 300 sq ft hotel suites. This is the best!

Wonderful place to stay!
We went to the area to go to a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The location of this home was perfect for that. At night, the roads are dark and windy, but the geographic is closeness could not be matched. There are so many places to go on walks and hikes nearby. There are a couple of towns to visit that are also close by and fun to visit. The home itself is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. Having the deck outside the kitchen to sit at in the mornings was lovely and relaxing. We loved watching all the birds and squirrels snack and play in the yard. We even saw a couple of elk close by when we were driving home one night. Sheri was an amazing host!! She provided excellent ongoing to communication and had equipped the kitchen and bathrooms with great forethought. She provided lots of snacks, including fresh fruit and coffee. The house really had everything we needed and wanted. If we ever go back to Red Rocks, we will hope to stay there again!

Peaceful Retreat
The unit was exactly as the photos in the listing suggest. Sherri was a wonderful host, helpful and close if we needed anything. The kitchen was the best equipped of any vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfy and the unit was sparkling clean. One note, just to be aware of- it was very, very cold while we were there. Although the upstairs gets toasty warm with either the heat or the wood stove, the downstairs bedroom was too cold for our daughter to sleep in. (she opted to sleep upstairs, so it worked out fine, but if you need that third bedroom, you'll need a space heater) Due to all of the people who are schooling and working from home, we had some internet troubles, but as with everything, Sherri did her best to rectify the situation. Overall a fabulous stay, some much needed peace and quiet after a crazy year.

Kittredge Concert Getaway
Cozy duplex very close to Red Rocks amphitheater. Evenings were a bit warm without air conditioning, but Host was very welcoming and checked in with us throughout the stay. Would recommend!
