"This is a fantastic property in a near perfect location (when its sunny!). Rooms and bathrooms are quite small and tend to get very humid even after a short shower. Property is also very difficult to get to if you are driving from the south and using google maps. Best to ask the hotel or drive to the north side of the city and drive in on the ocean side road. "

"heb afgesproken met vrienden voor eten en drinken in Alkmaar en woon zelf ver weg. Dus 1 nacht verbleven. Dat is prima gegaan. Leuk is dat je nog duidelijk sporen ziet van de vorige bestemming van het gebouw. (Gevangenis) Alkmaar is trouwens ook wel een mooie stad om te bezoeken met traditionele panden en grachtjes."

"diner was heel erg goed. Kamer was schoon tot je wat beter kijkt, achter de TV veel stof, toilet wordt even snel schoongemaakt maar ruikt niet fris. Veel geluid van de etage boven de kamer. De receptie was niet bereikbaar na 23:00 uur ook niet telefonisch zelfs niet als je aangeeft dat het Nood is! De tablet in de kamer funtioneerd niet, gaat wel aan maar de welkom toets werkt niet. Als je de TV aanzet staat er een naam van een eerdere bezoeker."

"The property is not even close to its description. It was nosy when we arrived and cannot be seen as private as it is overlooked from close properties on all sides. "Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Anlage ist sehr sauber, obwohl einige Hunde dort waren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher lagen sauber verpackt im Haus. Und das Wetter spielte auch mit, nachts hat es geregnet und tagsüber schien die Sonne!! "
