"This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property."

"house is in a very quiet and convenient location. interior is a bit dated but very usable. had a small mix-up on check-in but the host was very responsive. kitchen stock was the usual VRBO mix of but adequate. a few more wine glasses would have been nice. overall a pleasant experience. "

"Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later. "

"First of all we reached out to the leasing company to ask if they had a coffee pot KUREG. They said there are NO coffee pots meanwhile there were (2). A Kureg and an automatic drip....We dragged one from Pennsylvania. We arrived early in the day...so days before we asked if we can have an early entry. They said they would let us know around noon. We get there at 130pm. they said no after driving 7 hours..... I rent property and I always allow my tenant early entry. Last time I use VRBO... "

"I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Ocean views from nearly every room. Communication with the owners was excellent and all the codes we were given worked the first time. Superb stay; thank you. We will definitely be back."
