"Arrived at the hotel with no idea I needed to take a ferry to Cape May (hotels website did NOT mention this major detail) the following morning for a graduation. If no ferry, the drive would be 3-1/2 hours so panic set in. The amazing front desk person was incredibly helpful and patient as I worked through my panic.
