"A great place for a family Christmas. The property had tasteful Christmas decorations and the two lounges were a bonus. The house was well equipped, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and satellite. If you like the North Cornwall coast I would thoroughly recommend this property. Hopefully, we will return."

"We had a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge for our half term getaway! The house is amazing and had everything you need for a fabulous stay just yards from our favourite beach in Cornwall. Excellent welcome with some biscuit treats for the kids! So lovely that we could bring our dog to enjoy our time away as well. Couldn’t fault it in anyway. We will certainly be back. Thank you!"

"Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage."

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"This was a very comfortable house for a large family - with a spacious garden and well appointed rooms. In The kitchen was well equipped for mass catering, and the views from the north facing were stunning and uninterrupted. . The property managers were most helpful which allowed our stay to be so enjoyable. "

"The cottage is superbly located to the village. We went on an organised Doc Martin tour which was good fun and very informative. The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day. "What a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. Nothing could have been better (apart from the weather)! It was so well equipped and immaculately clean. "We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"Had such a lovely break at Troy Court. The views of the estuary from the property are fabulous. Did the Hall Walk, Eden Project, Charlestown & Looe. Loved the Ship Inn in the town, & Sams Bistro. Weather cold but kind."

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
