"I loved this hotel. I was drawn to it because it’s built on top of a former flak tower, making it a truly unique place to stay. The hotel is completely self-enclosed, so you don’t get strangers walking past your room—despite what some reviews falsely claim. The room itself was clean, warm, and offered a beautiful view of Hamburg. I was also impressed by how quiet it was. This was especially notable because the tower has a performance stage, and a German rock band was playing that night—yet we heard nothing. There are several restaurants on-site, and we tried two of them—both were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever back in Hamburg, I will stay here again."
