Poorly cleaned, loudly noises from hallway and other rooms and floors and elevators nearby room, very bad beds hard and not comfortable at all,very basic breakfast.

The rooms are very nice, comfy and stylish. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is well appointed with a great shower. There wasn't air conditioning in my room which did make it a little warm but not unbearable. I would recommend to others

The view from the riverside room on the wnd floor was amazing. The room itself was kind of small. When other people are showering you hear the water being vacuumed away so it's very loud.

Strange and bad
A modern hotel with the reception not at the entrance but you have to take the elevator up. The signage is not very clear so it was difficult to figure out where the reception is. Nothing in the description. Ok, small thing once you know. Next is parking which is advertised as available. I did get a parking space but it was very difficult to get someone to open the gate to the parking. The reception did not answer the phone. I had to park in a 15 minute space on the street, go up to reception who just said "Sorry, we're busy". It was a hassle. Finally, the outside area is a noisy port area and the windows don't close fully and let in all noises. Not coming back

Simply too noisy
I stayed here because of the convenient location during a business event I was attending. Parking with a large car was impossible, I had to park in the nearby Holzhafen Parkhaus which was much better. Noise level within the building is terrible, noisiest room I have stayed in in years. They use some sort of vacuum drainage system for toilets, sink and shower, sounds like in an airplane. The problem is, you can hear it very well from adjacent rooms as well. People walking upstairs or in the hallways, sound like they are walking right next to you. Not a fan of carpets in general but honestly this hotel would need carpets to make the noise level acceptable. The room was modern and fairly clean, no complaints there. I don't think I would stay here again. Service was ok, not super friendly but not too bad either.

Nice hotel, great view from the River view room
Good Hotel, not so great area, witnessed a mugging and a woman with a needle hanging out of her arm on arrival to the area, living in London for the last 20 yrs I thought I was quite unshockable. Hotel not ideal to stay with luggage, lots of steps to carry your luggage up. Might be a lift in the car garage but no signs to send newly arriving guests in that direction. Check in good, bar didn’t seem to understand how their card machine worked but on reading the instructions booklet them managed. River side room was fantastic. The view over the river was incredible. Clean room. Very hot at night even with the fan but this can’t be helped. Very very very slippery floor in the room and even worse in the bathroom, do not stay if you have any problems with mobility, although with all the steps to get in anyone with reduced mobility wouldn’t be able to get in! I liked the vending machines. Some more lighting in the corridors would have been good or automatic lights. Otherwise I’d stay again, with my husband or a friend. Wouldn’t feel safe walking around alone.

Die Geräusche der Vakuumabsaugung des Abwassers ist manchmal etwas nervig, gibt aber schlimmeres. Das Frühstück ist super, für jeden was dabei, gute Auswahl. Personal war immer freundlich. Ausblick auf der Flußseite einmalig.

Die Zimmer sind absoluter Standart, der Preis ist zu viel zu hoch. Die Wasserspülung von WC und Dusche sind extrem laut. Das Frühstück ist nur Durchschnitt und der Preis völlig überteuert, kaltes Rührei ein Reinfall im gesamten. Parkplätze gibt es keine, man wird einfach genervt weitergeschickt ein Parkhaus zu suchen. Dieses hätte man ausschildern können in der Hotelbeschreibung für nicht ortskundige. Ich würde nächstes Mal wo anders nächtigen.

Super Lage, super Personal, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir hatten Flecken im Bett im Zimmer viel dreck und das Waschbecken etc. war nicht sauber geputzt, sogar nach Hinweis wurde es heim nächsten mal putzen wieder nicht sauber. Selbst die Tassen hatten Reste vom Vorgänger.

In unserem Zimmer waren auf dem Boden und den Polstern der Stühle viele kurze Hunde Haare. Diese waren direkt wieder an den frischen Socken wenn wir durch den Raum gegangen sind. Fand ich nicht so schön und wurde auch nicht gereinigt.

Gutes Hotel, aber schlechter Service im Nachgang
Fehler bei der Abrechnung/ Buchung durch das Personal. Wir haben mit einer Gruppe 5 Zimmer gebucht, nach dem vorlegen der Ausweise nach das Personal die Zuteilung der Zimmer vor. Scheinbar gab es noch jemanden mit dem fast gleichen Namen wie einer meiner Mitreisenden, sodass das Personal uns ein falsches (viel teureres Zimmer) zugeordnet hat. Der Mehrpreis wurde dann nachträglich gutgeschrieben. Nächstes Problem war, dass wir dann offiziell ein Check-in von einem unserer Zimmer nicht durchgeführt haben. Einen Tag später kam dann die Belastung der Kreditkarte für die nicht angetretene Reise. Auch das Management hat eine Rückzahlung abgelehnt. Im Nachgang ist sich das Hotel der Schuld nicht bewusst und schiebt die Schuld den Gästen zu, obwohl wir mehrfach nachgefragt haben. Kein guter Service. Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt okay, jedoch hält uns diese Geschichte davon ab das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Ich habe noch nie für 320 Euro frieren müssen in einem Zimmer!!! Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und es zieht dadurch sehr heftig im Zimmer!!! So etwas geht gar nicht, vor allem bei dem Preis ! ! !
