I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was appalling — the room was filthy, with visible stains on the bedding and an overall neglected feel. The furniture was in terrible condition, with pieces broken and literally falling apart. It was clear that no proper maintenance or care had been done. Additionally, the location was far from ideal. The area felt unsafe and inconvenient, making me uneasy during my stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or secure place to stay. It was a waste of money, and I will not be returning.

Convenient location to public transportation, but you could hear everything happening outside. Bathroom was shared. Temp knob on shower was broken. Room was tiny. enough space to sleep, but very limited space to open anything other than a backpack.

If dont mind some noise, youll like it here. Its less althan 5 mins from night life of St Pauli. Just over 5 mins walk to home of St Pauli.

Clean but very noisy bring ear plugs
Very noisy area, I couldn’t sleep until last 3am because people were drunk outside and signing, plus bars were blaring music. The room was clean and bathroom was good. The service in lobby was easy and nice. If it weren’t for the noise I would recommend.

We did not realize that your hotel was in the red light district of Hamburg, so that was a surprise to us when we arrived at 12am and had to walk through the Sinful Mile.

Its location is the plus side, but the room we did stay was under the ground floor and the bathroom is separated from the room which is on the corridor you have to levae the room and keep the key and open the bathroom room etc etc not comfortable! Not easy!

Hotel near to "landing bridges" and Harbour and also to Reeperbahn, located in a quiet street. Unfortunately, I booked a Comfort Suite for three, but it was only a Triple room. This misleading room names were disappointing.
