Clean but very noisy bring ear plugs
Very noisy area, I couldn’t sleep until last 3am because people were drunk outside and signing, plus bars were blaring music. The room was clean and bathroom was good. The service in lobby was easy and nice. If it weren’t for the noise I would recommend.

We did not realize that your hotel was in the red light district of Hamburg, so that was a surprise to us when we arrived at 12am and had to walk through the Sinful Mile.

Good hotel clean. Spacious room was good for us over looking the street. Staff helpful. A good breakfast available at extra cost. Good location, street was quiet 5 minutes from Reeperbahn, bars etc. downside no lift in hotel

Its location is the plus side, but the room we did stay was under the ground floor and the bathroom is separated from the room which is on the corridor you have to levae the room and keep the key and open the bathroom room etc etc not comfortable! Not easy!

Hotel near to "landing bridges" and Harbour and also to Reeperbahn, located in a quiet street. Unfortunately, I booked a Comfort Suite for three, but it was only a Triple room. This misleading room names were disappointing.

Decent property, unfortunate service.
The property itself is pretty quirky. I enjoyed the room, despite it being small. The bathroom was nice. The bed was reasonably comfortable & the location was convenient. The property was clean. On the downside, the staff were not very helpful or friendly. When we arrived at 9:30am with the hopes of dropping off our luggage so we could walk around town without it while our room was being prepared, we were told that they did not have any space to store it. I find this to be pretty odd for a hotel. The stairs up to the room were also terrible/rather dangerous to navigate with large luggage. No lift. Keep that in mind if you are carting suitcases or have mobility-issues. The staff leaves at 8pm so if you happen to get there after for check-in, you're out of luck. Also, the bedding was terribly itchy and barely covered our legs. Mixed feelings about the place.
