"Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und sehr sehr nett. Schnelle Antwort bei Fragen zum Ferienhaus und sehr entgegenkommend bei den Ein-und Auscheckzeiten. Das Haus war sehr groß und hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Durch die 2 Etagen kann man die Kinder oben ins Bett bringen und trotzdem ungestört unten quatschen. Auf jeder Ebene befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach). Internet...

"I left the room on the first night and did not return. I had to find a hotel in the city. I could not communicate in any way with the person at the apartment. I had to remove my shoes before i entered. I had no lock for my room. When i asked about a taxi and my location to the city no one could understand or help me. This room was not suitable at all."

"The host did not communicate with us prior to the trip. I reached out to them to make sure we were good before we left. Once we arrived, we could not get into the apartment to see if it was as described, so I can't say if it is. The lockbox would not open, and they did not reply to my message saying we couldn't get in until the next morning. Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work.
