"totally terrible, NOTHING like any pictures on the Expedia website. Bed sheets not changed from the previous quests - hair in a bed, dust everywhere, floor was sticky and dirty. The owner was rude, couldn't see what’s wrong with the linen and the room and offered to give money back and to look for another hotel. Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work.
