"Breakfast was ok. Looks better in pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Little things make a big difference though... one of the closet doors was off the hinges and propped against the wall (not safe with kids), the bathroom door would not shut all the way (mostly, but wouldn't click shut), lights in the hallways were flickering & should be replaced, and our TV remote needed new batteries. (I went down to the front desk to get fresh ones.) None of these are huge issues, but lots of little things add up. I would stay here again though because I was impressed with the staff. Great job!"

"Liked everything. Needed 4 bath towels and 4 bath cloths instead of 3 each sense they refresh the room every two days."

"Heating in the cold weather was always at a good temperature all staff was talkative and friendly and the local made it easy to get any supplies that i may have missed to bring with me."

"I was supossed to stay 3 nights, but my trip got cut short due to a family emergency. The hotel was gracious and understanding about my situation. The 1 night I did stay, the room was clean, and roomy. The only complaint i have was the water pressure for the shower could be better. But the bathroom was spacious, and clean! Thank you again best western for a great stay! Definitely will stay there again when i visit Alabama again!"
