"The property is very nice and clean and the staff is great, but the floors/ceiling seem like they are made of paper. You can hear every little thing from the room above. We switched rooms thinking it was just a loud guest and the next room was equally loud. Didn't sleep well despite everything else being great. "

"I liked that it was very clean. The customer service people were very nice. We had some noisy upstairs neighbors and the pouches of coffee for the in room coffee pot bursts. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"The property is relatively newclean and conviently located in Mid-City. I would stay there again. My only critcism is no over in the suite just a cook top. Loud, obnoxious neighbors disturbed my sleep on the one night before my early flight out. Bad luck thats not on the property managers."

Front desk supervisor Ms. Valerie was gave us a warm welcome and we had a beautiful, clean room with the most comfortable beds! Shoutout to Michael for the hot, delicious breakfast! Wanda in housekeeping was pleasant and very helpful. We would recommend Hotels.com and Clarion Pointe Hotel, Research Park to family, friends and others ❤ "
