We stayed here for four nights and five days during the week of Thanksgiving. The property is nice and conveniently located across from the mall. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it. I booked two hotel rooms, king suite, for my husband, 16-month-old, and myself and two queens for my mom, sister and niece. The rooms were spacious and had a sitting area and refrigerator. The issues I had with this room, it could have been cleaner and with a microwave, and updated. The fixtures in the bathroom were old and falling off. I also noc

Our room has 2 huge red spots on the carpet. Blood/Paint? However nothing in the room was painted red? The rest of the carpet was filthy. The grout in the bath and entry way to the room was gross. The carpet in the entire property was dirty! The elevators were dirty and had liquid all over the dirty floor. We asked to be moved to another room and there was nothing available the maintenance solution was to spray the spots on the carpet but the smell could not be tolerated. so Hyatt Place has always been our favorite. Our last two visits to Hyatt Place have been the same. We left and went to the Westin. The price was comparable and it was meticulous. This was our last stay at any Hyatt property.

Poor WiFi was unable to complete my remote work. Clogged shower, no where to put trash. Unable to let us in room due to stage being untrained. Staff was very kind but not helpful at night. Overall would not stay again and choose a more accommodating hotel.

Very nice hotel, a quick drive from the Space and Rocket Center, with shopping and dining a walkable - or a very short drive away. Great breakfasts every day, except they tended to run out of silverware for some reason. No signs saying that we must ask for our room to be tidied so possibily they were short staffed this weekend, and we had to ask for clean towels. Overall, we'd go back because we enjoyed our stay,
