"Beautiful home, just like the pictures. Lovely open kitchen, dining table, leading into the living room. Outside view with pond can be seen from couch! Enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Comfortable beds and a thermostat in each room was a big plus. Nearby trails and shopping. Big TV for rainy days.. which we had and nice fireplace . Couldn’t ask for more!"

"We were a group of 3 families , adults and kids age range 2-12yr olds for a long. New Year’s Eve getaway. Peter was very responsive the entire stay for any questions we had. The place was just as listed and very clean upon arrival. We had enough room and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. "I stayed several days in October. The cabin was cozy, clean and just as described. My ducks loved the pond and the little waterfall. The other cabin was a bit close so next time I will rent both and have my family come up with me. You could hear the noise from the road even though it was not that close nor could you see it. It's even better than the photos and provided a really special venue to hibernate, cook, binge-watch Netflix, and take a dip in the hot tub. For "off-campus" activities, I highly recommend the Sullivan O&W Rail Trails, which are former railroads-turned-hiking trails that we really loved."

"The cottage was very comfortable and the location was very picturesque. It is on a quiet road across the street from a river, which not only offers a great view, but also the soothing sound of flowing water. The interior was beautifully renovated with modern day comforts, while preserving original traditional details that add to its charm.
