"We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we are in Deadwood. Great place to stay with lots of machines, love the Hot Seat & other prizes given throughout the day, very good continental breakfast, rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Rooms were recently updated and look very modern and nice. Staff are very friendly, and free parking across the street. Love Hampton Inn at Tin Lizzie! "

"This nice resort is comfortable and staffed with helpful people especially Liam. We enjoyed the fireplace in the lodge’s hall, the outdoor hot tub with fantastic views on the black hills. Our favorite was the proximity to two amazing hikes and the delicious food across the street. We will return!"

"Very unique concept. Checked in at the desk. When I inquired about the restaurant, I had a choice between pizza and wings. Not a problem. the gentleman at the desk, now became the waiter and cook. While waiting on food, the same gentlemen then became the bartender! Good food, cold beer, prompt service! The rooms could definitely use repair and updating, but for the price it was fine. It appears to be work in process. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again and hope to see improvements in time."
