"House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

"In town for a family event and it met our needs perfectly. Very easy drive into the Village of Skaneateles, which we always enjoy visiting. The beds were comfortable, very clean, well appointed. "

"Very clean and comfortable house. Our family did not feel like we were staying in a rental property. The lake is located in a picturesque valley. The location is convenient to dining and shopping in Skaneateles. The house is located at the southern portion of Lake Otisco. This part of the lake has a mud bottom which does make the water very murky. The host is very accommodating. "

"The house has all you will need. Loved the theater in the basement. The hosts were very responsive. A wonderful stay. I would like to come back in the summer months!"

"Excellent place for my family to all come together to celebrate the holidays. Open floor plan made spending time together easy and fun. The four bedrooms made it easy for our out of town relatives to stay, and still get to see the rest of the family without being scrunched into a small space. Waking up to the view of the river was great...even tho it was a mere 3 degrees out! Would highly recommend, and may be staying there again next year!!!"
