"Overall not bad however when the maintenance person comes into make the TV work and bring me the remote control and then invite somebody else in there to spray with chemicals while I am just getting ready to be in this room that was really not helpful and I can't believe I booked this hotel for the next 3 weekends that stunk up the entire room and made me have a hard time breathing I'm on COPD medication and had to take my emergency inhaler because of that. "Check in was a NIGHTMARE I did my pre check in at 10 AM and I still had to wait in line at 4 pm for our keys. I was not expecting to have to wait in such a long line out the doors of the lobby. Very disappointed in that. But the manager started a new line for all of the people that had already pre checked in. Imo checking in needs to be better organized. "

"The check-in process went great, very friendly staff working at the counter. However, my stay was less than satisfactory. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room lacked any comfort period!! There was yelling and screaming, dogs barking my entire stay. The visible improvements they recently made look good, but, could work on adding more comfort to peoples stay."

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "
