Just enough space, nice furnishings, bed and pillows are comfy, cable TV and WiFi . . . But then you step out the door and take in the rolling land that is the Driftless, and you know you’re somewhere special. We’d definitely stay again! With close proximity to a few of the more popular towns in the area, this is a great homebase for those that want to be out enjoying the area - while simultaneously having a comfy spot to call ‘home.’"

"This is an average motel , the reason I recommend the Welch motel is , I've paid more and got less ... When you need a place to stay to shower , watch a couple movies ,and sleep .This is the place ..It's clean ,comfortable ... Not a nightmare "

"It's a really nice property out in the country. It is well taken care of. It would be great for a husband and wife with 2 kids. A group of 4 friends, you'd have to share beds or figure something else out. The bathroom is detached but it is a very nice bathroom. It's a nice comfortable place to stay."

"We enjoyed every second of our stay at this cozy cabin in the bluffs. We enjoyed the hot tub & cuddled up by the fire for some football. The location of the cabin makes for some unreal walks at sunrise & sunset! Highly recommend! "
