"Location is very good, Bur the major complaint I had is I asked front desk for housekeeping twice and room was not cleaned at all. Did not ask much but this is supposed to be very basic request."

"Instructions regarding access to the hotel is wrong on the Expedia site. Was unable to check in to the hotel because boarding pass could not be issued when I needed it - thus I was not able to gain access to the hotel. The airline could only issue a boarding pass 3 hours before a flight due mainly to check in luggage being processed. I wanted to sleep in the hotel the night before I was to fly."

"This is a very nice hotel. You get what you pay for, which is a lot! It has everything. And for a luxury hotel, it’s actually still a good deal. It’s a great neighborhood, the amenities are top-notch, and it seems like a perfect spot for all sorts of travelers. I can’t think of anything that it’s missing. There were solo travelers, couples, families with children, and plenty to do. The rooms are large and the staff is on point. Zero complaints here."
