"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

"This was a great place to stay with our family. We had a luxury suite which had a queen and three twins in a converted apartment, so plenty of space. "The staff here made our trip to Turkey AMAZING. These guys are so awesome, every single one of them. The hotel had some availability so gave us a room upgrade to the top floor with the most incredible view over the mountains and ocean.
