"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

"Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. "What a disappointing hotel it was! It is dated and desperately needs total refurbishment. The food is an insult to Turkish Cuisine.
